The 2-day H2020-SeaClear Consortium Meeting

On March 24 th and 25 th , 2021 the 4 th consortium meeting of the H2020 SeaClear project was organized online due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The meeting was attended by team members of all project partners and by the members of the Advisory Board and the EU Project Officer.
To introduce the content of the project, the SeaClear animation was shown:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vC_sNOWLcsk and the overall overview of the project was presented by the project coordinator prof. Bart De Schutter from TU Delft. For the rest of the meeting each of the work package(WP) leaders present the highlights of their WPs followed by a more detailed discussion on technical progress within each WP task. At the end of the meeting the Advisory Board members and the EU Project Officer gave their constructive feedback on the current project status and some future guidelines.
From LARIAT prof. Ivana Palunko gave a presentation as a WP and task leader where also Jerome Weston, Ph.D. and Antun Đuraš, mag.ing.comp. gave specific insights into their work within project tasks. The other UNIDU teams members, prof. Domagoj Tolić and Dinka Lale, Ph.D. from LARIAT and prof.Marijana Pećarević and prof.Kruno Bonačić from the Department of Applied Ecology also attended the meeting.
SeaClear (https://seaclear-project.eu/) is a Horizon 2020 project funded under the Research and Innovation scheme. The project started on January 1 st , 2020 and it will last for 48 months. The University of Dubrovnik (UNIDU) is one of the eight partners in the project, led by prof. Ivana Palunko. Other project partners are the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Development Agency (DUNEA), Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Technical University of Munich, SubSea Tech SAS, Fraunhofer Center for Maritime Logistics and Services, Hamburg Port Authority and Delft University of Technology, as a project coordinator.
