Prof. dr. sc. Ivana Palunko participated in the panel and shared insights from the perspective of scientific work in robotics and automation. She highlighted the challenges of balancing professional and family life in academia.

The panel, organized by the Commission for Gender Equality of Dubrovnik-Neretva County, brought together women working in traditionally male-dominated professions who shared a common message: love your job and donโ€™t be afraid. โœจ๐Ÿ’ช
